Nedbank is terrible

Nedbank is terrible! I was told I can open a small business account and that it would take 48 hours for someone to contact me. Well after a week of phone calls to them I would like to thank them for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU. I was even considering opening an investment account well a lot have changed my mind about Nedbank. Thank you for saving me the disappointment.
