Nedbank is taking you for a ride!!!!

I am a client of Nedbank but still have credit cards of a different bank which I wanted to consolidate as 1 payment in the form of a Nedbank Loan. Everything was fine, no issues, they even sent me workings of approved loans. I then made the arrangements plus a settlement of a personal issue, all together, so I requested a reworking of the loan amount. This time Nedbank just declined, three times and gave me a reason that I requested the loans too many times. Even after explaining 20 times and getting my personal banker involved, they declined, they even declined a credit card so please do not bank with this bank. They make promises, which they always break, causing huge issues for their clients!!!!
