Nedbank is stuck in the stone age

If I could rate you guys 0 stars, I would. Never in my life have I had to go into a branch for every single thing. I really hate having anything with this bank. You people need to get with the times. We are not living in stone age, where we need to stand in long queues and wait days for a damn fica document to be uploaded and approved. I am unable to use my cards because of fica. Then I need to wait another 3 days for it to be approved. Why is nedbank so useless? Your staff at trade route mall, work as if they didn't eat breakfast. They are so slow, they dont even care about making clients wait while they make jokes with each other and sit on their phones..
