Nedbank is *****ing R300+ from me every month

I had a home loan with Nedback that was paid off and closed. On the 17th of August 2021 I paid my last admin fee to Nedbank and on the 27th of August 2021 I phoned Nedbank and requested for the account to be closed. Since November 2021 Nedbank has continued to deduct money from my account "because my account is still open". I have many reference numbers that my account has been closed as requested multiple times, but yet I am still paying an admin fee!!!! I have been to a branch and spend hours on the phone to Nedbank without any help. I need assistance to close this account and I want to be re-imbursed for the amounts that has been taken from me in November till now.
