Nedbank is *****ing my money!

<p>I am paying my Nedbank Credit Card every month with the intention of settling it as it was handed over. I made an arrangement to pay it off with R300pm. I have been paying every month since the arrangement was made and had not missed a single payment. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the past before the arrangement they had taken random amounts of money from my nedbank account at random times and depsite several attempts they point blank refused to give it back. So i managed to free up some money and made an arrangement. </p> <p> </p> <p>They just today took R1,249.20 from my account a few days before having to pay rent after having just paid the deposit for the new place. I dont know what i am to do. judging from past experiences they wont give my money back. this is but a poor and desperate attempt at getting that money back. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
