Nedbank is so unprofessional

For me Nedbank is not professional because in a state of ***** they have the customers email address they can contact a person through a post also or email if there's a ***** there suspecting to avoid blocking a person further and in those field of money involved they must make sure because such things shows that there's an inside job ,are we really safe from ********** in is our personal information safe , because every day people are crying about what is happening inside banks
