Nedbank is so ***********

Firstly i opened business account with them gave them all correct documents and when i received my cards the name of my company wasn’t complete they just wrote Luxe LTD and the name of my company is not even that long i was given a number to call to sort this issue out my call was never answered. I still want the name of my company written correct.

Now i went back to them because i changed my number that I’ve been using for online banking app and they registered the new number on my app but now i can’t login on my app and it’s been giving me issues for a month now i can’t do any transactions without the app i went to the Cresta Branch Saturday and the receptionist didn’t even know what to do with the app we deleted and redownloaded but still my app isn’t working
