Nedbank is so ***********, bad news.

Had two personal loans with them, settled both accounts in June and provided Proof of payment but only one account has been closed. This has affected my credit profile so bad and each time when I call them the consultant do not have an answer for me I am been told to start my story from the start . Interacted with different consultants and each time I call they tell me to check again in the next week. Emailed complaints department but nothing was done. My cheque account was put on hold with my money in which now I can’t use. Someone is not doing their job and that is ruining my life.
