Nedbank is so arrogant

Nedbank has not paid me my rebate for October and November. I have a savvy account with them which they must pay me R200 if I meet the monthly requirements. I do make sure I meet the requirements every month but they no longer want to pay me. I have contacted their Twitter account handler who keeps telling me feedback will be provided, the agents on the chat service on the app also make the same statement.
