Nedbank is ****, they DO NOT pay valid claims.

Please DO NOT take Nedbank home owners insurance, Nedbank is ****, they DO NOT pay valid claims. I am beyond frustrated. Nedbank is denying any of my claims from the insurance. My Gas stopped working 2-3 weeks ago and it's taken them that long to come back to me. Nedbank claims that it's due to wear and tear and they will not fix, HOWEVER, the contractors says that the stove is still fairly new and in good condition, the solenoid of something in the stove is blown due to a lightning surge or the excessive trips due to loadshedding. The Nedbank Contractor says that is definately not what they told Nedbank. So Nedbank has decided to not honor a fixed asset and repair/replace. This is not the first time Nedbank has done this. NEDBANK - You need to call me and explain your dishonesty and the reason behind not honoring my VALID claim or I will cancel my insurance with you! Claim No. C***
