NEDBANK is ruining my life

5 months ago I struggled to pay my homeloan, I contacted Nedbank a month in advance and followed every procedure to the tee. I spoke to a representative and she told me she will assist me, to this day, I have not had one response for assistance. I reached out to my Private Banker, no response. I missed two payment on my homeloan but managed to gather the money for one payment days later which means I am one month in arrears. I have paid my homeloan in full every month after that but my credit record says I am missing payments. The outcome, NO credit provider will even look at me or consider me for credit. I am so sick of this ****, I am a consumer, a client, fighting against this major corporation. They are extremely fast to take bank fees but when you reach out to them they are missing. I do not recommend Private Bankers from NEDBANK, it's a waste of money to pay R300 per month for a service that is non-existent
