nedbank is ridiculous

I had a arrangement setup for End June which I have sms proof of it then didn't go off I called gain and she said the debit order was supposed to go off I asked her to pls let it go off that very day,i then see that amount and another big amount is deducted without my consent and now they telling me I must wait 7 days this is *******.How do u just take peoples last money out there account
