Nedbank is revolting

I was hijacked and money **********ly withdrew from my account while under duress. I reported the incident to the cops as well as Nedbank. Long story short they said sorry they can do nothing. No refunds, no ATM footage from the ATM'S the money was withdrawn from. I am horrified.
