NEDBANK IS REFUSING TO REMOVE MY NAME FROM CREDIT BUREAU

I am angry and hate the fact that Nedbank hasn't removed my name from credit bureau after almost 8 months now. I have been trying to get a home loan and being declined because of them. Even Nedbank is declining due to them!!!!! NEDBANK is really not giving me a chance to own a home for my family and it's not fair. I have called and called with no help. I have sent emails with only automated response that's it.
