Nedbank is really not worth the trouble

Terrible student loan service. No clear communication on when you're going to get a response, what the required documents are & don't bother if you need the money in a week. It'll take a month to get back to you & even then, it still doesn't mean you'll receive a loan approval. Once its approved, there's another long process of having to wait for the loan agreement forms. Absolutely draining & time consuming. I wouldn't recommend going there as a first option for students, especially when you want a smooth beginning of the academic year. Stressful, for no absolutely reason. Only try it as a 5th or 6th option, once you have no other way & have exhausted all other resources.
