Nedbank is ******

Nedbank Claremont has a separate queue for white clients. I've been to the branch several times the last few weeks, and each time the greeter is not in the entry. Each time, there's a long line of black and brown clients that get ignored. At my last visit, the greeter walked away from me to jump two groups of white clients to the front of the line. Each time I've left a complaint. I was promised the branch manager would be in contact on Monday, but I guess I'm not white enough.
