Nedbank is practicing systematic ******

I hava a Nedbank my goals acc and a homeloan acc and I'm going to close my cheque account and move my homeloan elsewhere. My profile is deactivated I can't tansact everything is blocked and I have been running from pillar to post trying to get this resolved since the 24th. I want to send money to my son in university, I can't because Nedbank I playing God while my child goes hungry. I have been to three different branches and called your call center on numerous occasions and no one is helping please cloce this account and give me all the money inside I'll take my business elsewhere
