Nedbank is possibly the worst bank in SA

I say possibly, because I'm not too sure what other banks are up to, in the process though and they seem to be ok

I've been a client of Nedbank for the past 15 years, I've taken multiple products from them and have engaged them on a ongoing basis in all that time.

The past year has been torturous in the least to deal with them, i am a private clients customer and pay a premium in banking costs for a good service, and even though i am wanting to do quite a big transaction, i am still unable to engage my banker, who has given me excuse after excuse not to attend to me.

I have gone to the Claremont (CT) branch on 3 separate occasions to request service as well, i am always first met with a deep level questioning about why i need help, them reluctantly i am assisted by the bureaucratic wall and i eventually leave not having progressed my matter

I am now at a place where i am talking to other banks, I had a bank come to my house last week and spent three hours understanding my full needs and collecting all the details for a comparative quote. (standard bank private banking) and I've reached out to Investec as well.

If others can manage this, what has gone so wrong at Nedbank that they are failing this dismally?
