Nedbank is poor on assisting poor people

Nedbank savannah Polokwane is the worse Nedbank I ever seen. And it makes me hate Nedbank now. I made appointment on the 29 August 2024 for new business account and got that date for 2 September 2024 for 10h00am. When I arrived the lady was helping said she can’t assist because she didn’t understand the system whatsoever. She told someone will call me at 11h00 to assist me but no one did. Maybe I must billions to be assisted or I must be white?
