Nedbank is poor customer custodian

I had a credit card with Nedbank, got retrenched and got my account handed over to Leroy. I've been paying for over 2 years but my amount is higher than the initial amount, Nedbank don't want to help me to get a settlement, or to get involved in the matter. I have this now against my name and is affecting my credit score, even though I have been requesting for a settlement amount.
