Nedbank is playing dirty.

I have a personal loan with Nedbank, after being retrenched last year October, I app**** for loan insurance in November 2020, according to the sms received from Nedbank insurance, I was to get a respond of in few days. Since then I've not gotten a respond, but I made it a point that every month from December 2020 I call to find out what is going on.

The answer I get each time is that, all processes are completed, they are waiting on claim accesor to call my previous employer to confirm retrenchment. That was in December, then I call again in January, February, Same rehe****d respond. No update as I write this review.

Is Nedbank tricking me here? Because this could be the only thing that is. I am being *******, instead of taping into my insurance, they are acting as if am given payment relief, then as soon as I get a job, they will re-instate the dept from the last time I made payment. Which, if my theory is correct, a **** because I payed for the insurance I am claiming from. and it should work on paying off my dept.

Today I called again, stayed on for 10min being taken back and fourth.
