Nedbank is ****. Period
Nedbank is a total ****. They refusing to pay 100 % of a funeral cover for flimsy reasons. They even lie that they tried to contact the deceased but failed whereas the agreement was that the premium should be deducted through a debit order. There was money to deduct the premium but they are coming up with excuses. Imagine having a funeral cover for years only to be disappointed by the bank when you lodge a claim. This is *********, unprofessional and it lacks integrity.

They are failing g to help clients achieve their goals because they are not trustworthy and are unreliable. I hate this bank and feel sorry for their 7.6 to 8 million clients.

The number they have is mine. I find it distateful and shameful of Nedbank to blame their mess on a deceased person who cannot speak for himself. Shame on you Nedbank. Shame on you.
