NEDBANK IS PATHETIC!!! RUN from them.

My husband was ****med via his Nedbank account. They froze his account and investigated for over 4months while he had to call almost every day. Once the matter was resolved according to Nedbank they deicided to give him a refund of R6000 from over R31000. Nedbank also gave 3rd parties access to the account while frozen, and that made his over draft to be in arrears, all this happened while he had No access to the account. He still does not have access to this day to his account. But they want him to pay the over draft of which he can't even because he's denied access to his account. How do one pay for something you did not use. Nedbank is really pathetic. They still didn't pay his R6000 as promised. They now just want him to pay for the over draft. Nevermind what happened before with the ****ming and closing of the account. Run fast from Nedbank
