Nedbank is pathetic.

I have been struggling 4 weeks now with Nedbank. I had a student loan we paid more than what we should have. I been emailing them for the last 4 weeks to get a refund done and no one has assisted me they keep transferring me to the different departments and keep on telling me they will log the query. 4 weeks later i am still where i was and i am getting irritated and frustrated. I don't know what to do anymore. They are very quickly to phone you when they want there money but when they need to do a refund they just don't care.
