Nedbank is pathetic at client service

Most pathetic service ever phoned in to get an additional card on my credit card and the person didn’t do anything and also asked for the card to be put on that im going overseas and that wasn’t done either

Went to the branch and they said the card will be special delivery and that i needed it on Saturday last week and still nothing has been done regarding this, nedbank has the most *********** staff I’ve ever experienced and i will definitely be changing to FNB forst thing in the new year
