Nedbank is pathetic

This bank does not take the clients seriously. I received funds on mobi money. I have not been able to withdraw my funds. I have called the bank countless times and none of their agents could help. I've asked for alternative methods for withdrawing my funds and none are available. They don't respond on Twitter or any social media platforms. This bank is pathetic.
