Nedbank is pathetic

Nedbank is going downhill fast. It used to be great but that is now past tense. I am trying to cancel my insurance but the people who are supposed to help is absolutely clueless transferring your call to somebody else and then again and again. This was a month ago and the debit orders went through again. Farewell Nedbank
