Nedbank is pathetic

What a terrible bank! My bank account was hacked a few months ago where money was taken out, up till today I have not received any feedback as to how someone accessed my account no apology letter nothing! Instead they are harassing me for a maintenance fee . But they did not maintain my money or my let alone my privacy! Pathetic pathetic pathetic bank
