Nedbank is pathetic
In 2014 I have left the employ of nedbank and i Requested them to close my current account, To my surprise after 5 years when i want to open a transactional account with nedbank is being denied because my current account is open with a debit balance of R1300, how so?. after five years nobody bothered to contact me about my account and the amount that is outstanding.
the process is when the is no activity on the account it becomes dormant, then the bank contact the account holder to advise what to do about the account, but Nedbank didn't bother to do that, even though hwen i left the emply I odered my account to be closed.
some things never changed.
