Nedbank is pathetic!

Nedbank Service sucks! This is why other banks are bypassing Nedbank, I was to withdraw mobi money, your ATM switched off before my funds come out and then I am running around to get my own money, I first had to explain the same story 5 times to an *********** agent who just ended up keeping me on hold until I dropped the call. The next day I called I spoke to someone far better who was listening and logged a query for me, she to me was the exception so far to an otherwise tragic situation. 755460 was what she logged, it came back declined later that day, I called again that agent Raymond says uh sorry sir it was declined is there anything else I can help you with, he was the worst! Then I ask for his manager, his manager Matbosi someone says he will escalate and call me back Sunday. No word from him so I call the call center again and get told sorry sir we can't find all these people next time get full names. This is why is why I do not bank with you!!!
