Nedbank is overcharging me

Nedbank is charging me R69 a month for an overdraft facility I never use but the fee as per Nedbank's own website is R49 a month. Despite numerous calls and emails to Nedbank, there has been no response from Nedbank. Just horrible horrible, bad service. If I could allocate 0 stars, I would. Nedbank's fees are already so high - why must they greedily overcharge on top of the already astronomical fees? I am fed up with Nedbank !!!!!
