Nedbank is not your answer rather go with ABSA

I just want to understand something... Does Nedbank dictate when your salary gets paid? To clarify, I have a personal loan with Nedbank, when I did my application I asked to please make my debit order on the 1st of the Month (this is to make sure that all my debit orders get paid just incase my salary reflects late in my bank-which I have explained to them, all my other debit orders are set for the 1st) For some reason the consultants refuses to do that and the money gets deducted on the day my salary gets paid which is the 25th, if my salary dares to reflect a little late I get an SMS stating that my payment is late????? I phoned and eventually got them to make the debit order on the 26th to give my salary a little time to reflect so that it won't be "late". Today is the frieken 23rd of the month and I get an sms from Nedbank "please ensure that you fund your account today" - must I now phone my employer to tell them to pay my salary early??? In what world can someone do that... it's not like I have missed any payments on ANY account I have had as a matter of fact. I am really regretting going to Nedbank in the first place. I had a personal loan with ABSA and they actually kept their word.
