Nedbank is not what they are selling

The wa a ***** happened into my nedbank account on the 5th of April and the bank suspended my account and the one of the *****ster, I was required to open a case with the police and send case number to the bank, I was promised that the investigations will take 8 days, now I have being communicating with the bank about the feedback, no one is willing to give me the feedback, when I ask for feedback I will be told I will get it but not, now some of my insurance has lapses and debit orders are taking double, in a matter which suppose to take only 8 days, I suspect nedbank doesn't tell us the truth about what happened, only enjoy our benefits
