Nedbank is not secure bank , someone dis ***** transaction on my debit & credit card

I am customer of NEDBANK and someone did a ***** transaction on my debit card, its swiped somewhere, now to investigate the issue Nedbank blocked my debit card . today i saw a ***** transaction on my credit card which is also Nedbank card and to investigate they blocked it also , now i am feeling like disabled. my salary account is with Nedbank , i feel like i must transfer to some secure banking , not with Nedbank
