Nedbank is not safe and secured with your details

I have a nedbank account that was blocked without my knowledge and suddenly I find out that my account has a ***** status. I do not understand how and why? For 4 days i have went to branch and called the call center while being transferred from one department to another with no help. Yesterday I was emailed that I have received money from a guy buying solar battery and he deposited money on my account which I only saw on statement but was never notified on my sms or even withdrawal by me. Now nedbank acts as if I know what's happening and blocked my account. Mind you the money doesn't even show how it was withdrawn but just vanished on my account. Still as a bank they fail to protect their customers from *****. How did they get hold of my account number and how did they also manage to take out the money without me noticing. Yet nedbank still can not resolve the matter. I am very disappointed getting this service from a huge bank. I thought my confidential details are safe. So any one using Nedbank be aware of such incidents. Nothing is safe at this bank
