Nedbank is not making things happen

Our company was a victim of ***** last year Our supplier's email was infiltrated and we were ****med by paying into a different account When everyone picked up the problem we comp**** with all of the bank's requirements, we submitted all info, we opened up a police case, eventually had to go to the ombudsman. Only to be told that there is nothing they will do as the ruling was in the bank's favor

My question has been from the beginning of this crime, who allowed the FICA process to be approved? Why is there no responsibility from the bank's side and why has the forensic department in the bank not investigating this further. How does the ******** open the '****' bank account?

We have compiled through the whole process, I am now investigating other banking channels, I do not trust that the bank will support their clients during something like this.

I am very disappointed, after banking with Nedbank for both business accounts.
