Nedbank is not good for me

I had a very disappointing experience with nedbank yesterday when I mistakenly send the money wrongly to someone where by I incorrectly entered the wrong number. When I call the call centre I was told if the person didn't withdraw the money it will be returned to me after 30 days. I must wait after 30 days. I decided to go to the branch in fourways I was told the same thing I was told there is nothing they can do on their side. I want to switch my salary to another bank as we speak nedbank was not helpful at all.
