Nedbank is not better than FNB

I am dismayed on how Nedbank has decided to handle their admin work. I opened my Nedbank personal account using my ****en name and sent them a copy of my ID. but when my bank card came, it was printed with my ex marital name. I dont understand how they get to have me as Phungo on my Internet banking but as and when it suits them, they use my ex marital surname.

I rejected the delivery of a card that had a name print I didnt want and since then, I have been struggling to get my bank card. It's worse now because I have already switched my salary to Nedbank, how will I be able to spend my money and make proper payments without the card itself ...

Imagine making a series of send iMali of R57000 within their daily limits until it is exhausted. ha ha ha

Please fix my surname and urgently release my bank card. I'll be paid in 2 days.
