Nedbank is not a customer friendly bank

My mother has an MFC account and her last debit order for the car was on the 30 Dec 2025. We went to the Nedbank Diepkloof Square branch to enquire about the vehicle registration certificate. There was no one at the door where we can ask for assistance. We were met with such disrespect by Neo at the service counter when we wanted to enquire to make sure we are in the correct branch or whether we need to go to a bigger branch.

My mither is an elderly woman but was treated badly. The service that black people provide to other black people is really sad. We don't respect each other. This was the worst service I have ever experienced from a bank. Really hope this will improve
