Nedbank is not a bank to trust

I am very much disgusted and disappointed with Nedbank customer care. I have been using nedbank for 12 years now and have never come across this, I paid my loan of R2900, 00 on the 16th November 2020 and when I get through the customer care line they say I haven't paid at all. Have sent bank statements 5 times and still they can't help me. I want to know why are url ******??I want this query to be sorted out ASAP it's nearly a month now. My case number ***2. NEDBANK IS NOT A BANK TO TRUST WITH UR MONEY. LOOK FOR OTHER BANKS CAUSE U ALSO WILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE!
