Nedbank is non ethical and *******!

I had a normal standard savings account with Nedbank. My home loan and car finance was with them, and I myself banked with them from day one, after Boland bank. )so I have been a client for years). Due to the high cost I moved to FNB a few years ago, but kept the standard, normal savings account open. In the beginning I was told the account is overdue, and paid R 600+ in the account on the 1st of June 2018. I don't have a bank card for this savings account, did NO transactions, received NO statements, did NOTHING, zero on this account. Yesterday I received a sms stating the account is overdue. I phoned the bank and Thabo Seobi confirmed there were no transactions on the account, nothing. The bank cost depleted the savings account. Just shows you how unbelievable high the banking cost is for a standard savings account! For almost 2 years the bank (for the second time) charged more cost than interest, and depleted a savings account that had no (ZERO) activity. Its a ****** disgrace.
