Nedbank is no longer safe

I am writing this on behalf of My Mother. My mom had an investment of 30k with Nedbank,the money cannot be accessed immediately unless one puts up a 32 day notice,all that was compromised on the 1st of January 2025 when a 3rd party managed to get into the account and transfered all that money into his/her account,all this is happening while my mom is in possession of her cards and phones,no notifications whatsoever to notify her of any activities on her bank account. 😔😔😔😔
