Nedbank is no help!

I have been a customer for 11 years, I have immigrated to the USA. I have a large sum of money left in my current account but unfortunately I can not withdraw it as the atm swolled my debit card and Nedbank won't do a thing to help me. All I want is my money. They are worst to deal with over the phone and email seems like ita all computerised. I dont advise anybody to open a bank account or an investment account with Nedbank South Africa.
