Nedbank Is Negatively Impacting My Credit Score Loooong After I've paid them

I had a credit card with Nedbank, I lost my job and when I got another job it was already handed in. I then called Nedbank to settle to which they told me that it's been handed over. I got in touch with the legal firm it was handed over to which was VVM. I paid and they gave me a settlement letter. When I checked my credit profile the same credit card keeps showing. I sent TransUnion that settlement letter but they came back to say Nedbank keeps saying I haven't paid and VVM is no where to be found, both emails and calls goes unanswered
