Nedbank is ****ming

So I have been banking with nedbank since 2021 and it's been terrible, first they sold me a funeral policy which I canceled and was charged still waiting for a refund that was promised.

I opened a new account for my wife on the app and it stated that the delivery of the card was free now I'm charged R170 yet it stated free

When calling to find out we speak to people who doesn't seem to be understanding us
