Nedbank is messing up with my account

Nebank is authorizing debichecks on behalf of clients ,why? Is it that you are showing us that we don't have rights over our accounts and you have partnerships with companies that result in our accounts being compromised. It's wrong that a company will just send a debit check to the bank for increase without having sent me an annual escalation policy documents and nedbank just authorizes on our behalf, thats *******,yerr.
