Nedbank is king of poor customer service!!!

So I am sitting in the branch yet again! 10 days ago Nedbanks FICA department froze my account with no warning yet again! I had to go to the branch and let them take yet another copy of my ID and fill in ridiculous forms. And answer questions like what degrees I have!!!! 10 days later after numerous calls it is still blocked. I get told that their FICA department doesn’t have phones, they only deal via email. So now my salary can’t get paid into my account and my debit orders are going to bounce which impacts my family and my job!!!! This is how Nedbank treats its clients of 13years! Seems is little guys mean nothing to them!!!
