NEDBANK IS JUST TOO SMART FOR THEIR GOOD

So i have a business account , Platinum account , Amex account , Investment portfolio with Nedbank ....so i changed phone and i called the call center spoke to this lovely lady as im speaking she heard the words "I dont have my phone anymore " with her asumption as im speaking to her she suspends my app ....i have online stores and their linked to the account .......Called my banker to help , the wonderful banker decides to also disregard my fustrated and was so interested knowing how much funds are going into my account .....in my life Nedbank are just to smart for their good that now we as customer are dumb that we do know how to handle our affairs hence Nedbank can just make their assumption like we make this money together so im leaving NEDBANK im in talks with a competior who to be as dumb as me because NEDBANK is just too clever for all of thank for the useless ending
