Nedbank is just like the ANC

to say Nedbank's customer service is worse than shocking is an understatement, I`ve got problems on my account going back to this time last year, do you think you can get any satisfaction from any one, you must be joking, my so called designated relationship banker doesn`t answer his phone when i try to call him, he doesn`t respond to emails, I`ve sent him, the complaint section on the money app is a waste of time no one answers any of my emails, so Nedbank keeps taking money out of my account for charges that are not explained & you can`t get an explanation of anyone. It reminds me of how this government runs the country, n NO CONSEQUENCE AND THEY GET PAID REGARDLESS.
