Nedbank is just disappointing, it’s sad

I’m sorry to say, but every passing year Nedbank gets worse. When I first left this bank it was because they had sent a card I had requested be cancelled to a branch in Pretoria without my permission and continued to charge me for it. Years later, I open an account from Cape Town, two weeks later I’m still waiting for the card and I’m told it’s in Pretoria. I would expect blunders like this from a young bank like Capitec, but you guys have been in business for years and you’re terrible at it. Either your people are not motivated, or the systems in place aren’t working.
